When creating CompareHRIS.com our goal was to provide a truly unique service for the human resource industry. We believe the result is the most comprehensive application in existence to assist HR professionals with the HRIS selection process.
We looked at what was currently available on the web before creating this site. We felt that others were missing the details – details on how to compare systems, details on what each system brings to the table, and details on which system is truly the best fit. CompareHRIS.com is not simply a Web site; it is a web application with an SQL database containing detailed information about the unique features and options of the leading Human Resource Software applications on the market. Using our Twenty Minute HRIS Survey, customers are able to easily and quickly drill down and receive a free, ranked list of software applications meeting their unique needs. From there they simply choose to receive a free trial of those HRIS products that interest them most.
For Customers
At CompareHRIS.com we treat all vendors who list on our site equally. There is no preferential treatment. The goal and the success of our site relies on the fact that our survey and comprehensive database enable us to offer an unbiased recommendation – based on the requirements you specify – as to which HRIS Systems come closest to meeting your particular needs.
For Vendors
Lead quality was the biggest problem with HRIS, HRMS, and HR Payroll Software selection web sites before CompareHRIS.com. Receiving a lead for a prospect whose needs don’t match your system’s capabilities or price point is not in the best interest of you or the customer. Our HRIS System Selection Tool is an unbiased application that makes recommendations based only requirements specified by the customer. This makes the leads generated from CompareHRIS.com perhaps the most qualified referred leads on the web.
Future Plans
CompareHRIS.com was released offering only employee database systems. Going forward, we plan to add the same detail and databases for performance review systems, time and attendance, work force management, online recruiting, and more. Our goal is to offer HR professionals a site where they can determine their needs and view the products that meet their needs from a wide variety of HR software products.
