Umm…… Doesn’t CompareHRIS.com already have a “HRIS Buyers Guide” called a “HRIS Buyers Guide”? Yes, yes, I think we do. Now why would our competitor create a “HRIS Buyers Guide” when we already offer one with the exact same name? Am I making you fellas nervous? Maybe you guys should get crazy and create a HRIS selection tool, oops, we have that. Or maybe you should create an HR-SoftwareBlog, darn it, I think we have that already as well.
I reviewed their “HRIS Buyers Guide.” The information was so lacking in detail and knowledge of the industry that I have to ask:
Look, I don’t mind if you copy our work or ideas; just try and be a little original. Remember, I only got into this market because I felt your company, and others, was doing a very poor job of comparing systems for HR software prospects and you were doing a poor job with lead creation for your vendors. Had you done a better job, I never would have created CompareHRIS.
In my prior career as a HR Information Systems reseller, I had the responsibility to close leads from services like yours and I have to tell you, the lead quality from most of these services was so low I decided I could do a better job. Given the positive comments we have received from our HRIS vendors, it appears we have succeeded. The fact that others seem to be copying our work and ideas also says we have succeeded.
