The quickest way to compare the systems on our site is to go to the products page, select four or five features you are interested in and a purchase option, and then click compare next to each of the HR software products on your short list of systems.
The comparison screen will show prices, if offered, number of installs, years in business, purchase options, target market, and features each product offers. I am not sure you will find a list as comprehensive as this one on the net. Target market can be extremely helpful. It provides a quick reference as to if the company works with other companies the size of yours. If you have 75 employees, I would recommend only requesting free trials from those HRIS vendors who show that they work with less than 100 employee companies. With the features and options, we also show if they meet a specific feature and, if they do, if it is met with a third party application.
From the results page of the HRIS selection tool, you can compare your short list and a few of the same details. I would highly recommend printing this data if you have narrowed your search to four or five systems.
