Developed internally, Optimum Time & Attendance software is flexible and provides business rule options to easily organize your employees. Business rules such as employee schedules, grace periods and overtime rules can be defined at the company, organization and/or the department levels.
Optimum’s Time and Attendance software features include but not limited to:
• Web based employee and supervisor access
• Unlimited user-defined schedules
• Unlimited attendance history and online viewing of real time clocking events and leave requests
